Golden Tempura Fried Lobster Tail, drizzled with Sweet Chili, Honey Dijon.  Served with Cold Cucumber, Orzo Salad


Bay Scallop  Salad

Crispy Bay Scallops served on Mixed Field Greens with Shaved Pear, Candied Pecans, Gorgonzola Cheese and Drizzled with a Honey Sherry Vinaigrette  


Red Snapper

Pan Seared Snapper drizzled with  Lobster Butter. Served on a Bed of Parmesan Risotto with Asparagus and Two Saute’e’d Shrimp .



  Blackened Swordfish topped with Pineapple – Mango Chutney.  Served with Crab Risotto and Asparagus.
